| He just cant hit hes potential form |
Fernando Torres got of to a bad start at Chelsea, not in form and not scoring many goals.
However he wasnt playing bad on Sunday againts Manchester Unt, even though they were loosing 3-0 at half time. he was making some positive runs and hes playmaking and touch was great, but things dont always go to plan.
Shortly after the second half had began, he chipped the ball over David de Gea to grab a goal back for chealsea, but when he took the ball passed the keeper, and was placed infront of the open mouthed goal. Torres completely scuffed the ball wide.
The Chealsea manager Andre Villas-Boas defended torres in a press conferance.
"You have to be fair that the best world strikers missed great opportunities," he said. "It happened to Fernando but it happened to Rooney, too. The worst things happen to the best strikers in the world and today it happened to both of them."
he also believed Torres would get ridiculed for the miss by the press even though he defends hes player.
Will Torres ever rekindle the form he once showed at Liverpool and start playing like a world class player. All players play bad at times in their carrer but some never get their past form back.
